Parks Department

The Village of Phillipsburg has two places in town that are available for rent to village residents as well as non village residents. 

The Community Center is located at 10868 Brookville Phillipsburg Rd. and rents for $125 if you are not a resident of the village, and $65 if you are a village resident.

The Hunters Club is located at 201 Milan Rd. and rents for $125 if you are not a resident of the village, and $65 if you are a village resident.

Both properties have full kitchens and host a decently large amount of people.
